Data Collection
Ignitai does not collect your email or name. You do not need to sign in to use the app: it creates an account for you with no personal information at all. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we link your files to the anonymous identifier Apple gives us — never your name or email address.
Cloud Storage for Your Files
Your files are stored on our cloud so you can access them at any time, and signing in with Apple lets you reach them from your other devices. When you delete files in the app, they are also deleted on our end. To remove all your files, go to Account and tap on Delete Account.
Prompt Usage and iCloud Storage
Your prompts are saved in your private iCloud, which we do not have access to and do not store on our servers. We only use your prompts to process your document. To delete your prompts, navigate to the Prompt page, where you can remove them individually or delete them all at once.
Account Deletion
When you delete your account, we permanently delete all of your files and data. If you never signed in, nothing identifying you remains. If you did sign in with Apple, we keep a one-way hash of the anonymous identifier Apple gave us — not the identifier itself, and never your name or email. It cannot be reversed, and exists only to stop the free first conversion being obtained repeatedly by deleting and recreating accounts.
