(Scanner) Support

Not able to scan and all fields (Devices, Shared, Scan) grayed-out?

  1. Make sure your Scanner is connected to a Wi-Fi network (internet)
  2. Make sure your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi that your Scanner is connected to.
  3. Close and reopen the app. It should find your scanner automatically
