Click this link Manage Subscription then click the "Cancel a Subscription" blue button.

1. Make sure your Printer is connected to a Wi-Fi network (internet).
2. Make sure your iPhone or iPad is connected to the same Wi-Fi that your Printer is connected to; by going on Settings on your iPhone or iPad then click on Wi-Fi and make sure the Wi-Fi name is the same as your printer.
