Data Collection
We do not collect your email address or phone number. Instead, we use your anonymous Apple ID to securely link your fax activity to your account.
Live Fax Tracking & Notifications
Our app tracks the status of your fax live. You’ll receive a notification once your fax is delivered, keeping you updated every step of the way.
Record Keeping
A record of every fax you send is maintained in the app for your reference.
Deleting Your Records
If you wish to delete all your fax records, please navigate to the Delete tab in the app and follow the instructions provided.
Consequences of Deletion
Deleting your fax account will:
- • Permanently delete all stored files.
- • Erase all records of past transfers.
- • Remove your account details permanently.
- • Erase all purchased fax pages.
