The Short Version
iPrint Printer for AirPrint prints your documents and photos on your own printer. What you print goes from your iPhone or iPad straight to your printer — it is never sent to us, and we never see it. There is no account, no ads and no tracking.
What You Print
You pick each document in Apple’s Files picker and each photo in Apple’s photo picker: the app receives only the files and photos you choose and never asks for access to your photo library. While it prints them, it keeps a temporary copy on your device, and it deletes those copies the next time it starts. It keeps no list of what you printed.
Your Printer
Printing goes over your Wi-Fi through Apple’s own printing system (AirPrint). The app remembers the printer you chose — its name and network address — on your device, so you don’t have to pick it again, and it checks that your printer answers before it offers a plan. The app needs no Local Network permission. Apart from your printer and Apple’s App Store, it connects to nothing: it has no servers of its own.
Purchases
Subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple through the App Store. Apple tells the app which plan is active and until when — never your payment details, name or email address. The app keeps that on your device so printing unlocks right away. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
No Analytics, Ads or Tracking
Version 3.0 and later contain no analytics, advertising or tracking code and do not use the advertising identifier. We do not build a profile of you, and we never sell or share your data — the app never sends us any.
Earlier Versions
Versions before 3.0 used RevenueCat, a subscription service, to check whether a subscription was active; it received an anonymous identifier created by the app and your purchase history, not your name or your documents. Version 3.0 no longer uses it.
Deleting Your Data
Everything the app keeps is on your device. Deleting the app removes it all, including the remembered printer. Your subscription itself is kept by Apple: cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
Changes and Questions
If you email us, from the app or not, we receive your email address and what you write, so we can reply; the app adds nothing to your message but a subject line. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. Last updated October 21, 2026.
